You can make your profile invisible to recruiters on Naukri. This would ensure that your job search is completely confidential. Recruiters will not be able to find your profile on the Naukri database and they will not send you emails about job openings either. However, you can still search and apply to jobs on Naukri.
To make your profile invisible to recruiters:
- Click on My Naukri at the top right corner of the screen
- Click on Settings. Here go to Communication and Privacy tab
- Select Customize
- Create custom email alert settings. Under “Communication from Recruiters”, select “No Email” to make your job search confidential
